Company Founder and Principal
Thomas J. Noon, Principal and Founder of Company Insights, LLC has personally prepared objective, confidential Business Valuations and Business Appraisals of company values for nearly 2,500 different businesses in many industries, spanning several decades. Mr. Noon graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance from The Ohio State University. Mr. Noon also founded Industry Insights, Inc., a highly reputable research firm serving the informational needs of trade and professional associations and their members, as well as and other affiliated member groups.
Mr. Noon is also a frequent speaker and workshop leader, at conventions and other meetings, and typically addresses a variety of business financial topics.

Our Purpose
Company Insights, LLC was established to provide high quality Business Valuation Appraisals for businesses at an affordable professional fee cost. A Company Insights appraisal may cost less than others, because we do not come into your business and forensically "discover" information. Rather, we have you provide us the pertinent information, and then we bring it all together to determine the value of your business.
You will receive a formal valuation report that shows the value of your business for 8 to 10 different valuation approaches, but then settles on the best approach and value.
